Job Description
Flatplanet is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team in Makati City. This role will involve a variety of tasks to support our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Reporting completed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as needed.
- Data accurately and timely keyed into HRIS.
- Ensuring HR compliance through completion and monitoring of necessary documents.
- Providing recruitment support and coordinating interview invites.
- Preparing HR-related letters and documentation.
- Coordinating background screening checks and verification of permits/visas.
- Assisting with leave administration and data entry into HRIS.
- Handling employee inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR administration or related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
