Job Description
Recruitment & Selection:
- Identify potential candidates for every open position.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Employee Relations and Discipline:
- Handles conflicts and concerns within the organization.
- Issued and served notice of discipline for committed offenses.
Compensation and Benefits:
Provide support to employee’s inquiries in payroll, compensation, and other benefits.
QUALIFICATION:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree major in Human Resource Management (HRM), Psychology, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of work-related experience as an officer/generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of HR facets and strong problem-solving skills.
