Job Description
Seika Autoparts & Accessories is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, record keeping, payroll assistance, and employee relations. You will support the HR manager in creating policies, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary between Php16,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month. Benefits include holiday pay, paid training, a company Christmas gift, and opportunities for promotion. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of HR or administrative experience.
