Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks and administrative duties.
- Organize and maintain personnel records accurately.
- Update internal databases and manage systems.
- Record minutes for meetings and discussions.
- Develop content strategies for social media.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for engagement programs.
- Create engaging visual designs and videos.
- Implement employee engagement programs aligned with the company’s goals.
- Perform assigned tasks from management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration and support.
- Proficiency in databases and management systems.
- Social media content creation and strategy skills.
- Experience in coordinating photo and video shoots.
- Ability in designing engaging visuals and videos.
- Experience in executing employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
