Job Description
- Provide comprehensive HR Operations support to employees, line managers, and local HR.
- Execute complex Local HR Processes, ensuring high-quality data management in Shell People & Workday.
- Manage cases, collaborate with HR Operations teams, and interact with government agencies.
- Escalate complex queries, act as a focal point when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, employees, and line managers to resolve cases.
- Contribute to Knowledge Management and ensure adherence to Global Approval Matrix.
