Job Description
- Must be a graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource Management or any related courses.
- With at least 2-3 years of HR Related working experience specifically knowledgeable with HR Metrics.
- Must have initiative, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and can think out of the box to solve problems and address conflicts.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to build networks across industries, academic institutions, and organizations.
- Has excellent organizational skills and is keen to detail.
- Must be amenable to work in Cabuyao, Laguna

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
