Job Description
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The HR and Admin Assistant will be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and assisting with recruitment processes. Additionally, the HR and Admin Assistant will handle general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good communication skills are also required.
