Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Coordinates with suppliers
- Works with suppliers for purchases and shipments
- Review and place approved purchase orders
- Receives orders and verify the correctness of the items
- Maintains inventory of supplies
- Files all the data of purchasing records
- Summarizes procurement per department monthly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience working in human resources.
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
