Role Description
Creativents Advertising is looking for a full-time HR and Admin Associate located in San Pedro to provide administrative support to the HR Project Lead and assist with various tasks related to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. This position involves working on-site.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Admin
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- With a strong background in compensation and benefits is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach tasks with a positive attitude
- Amenable to work in January

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
