Job Description
- Manages schedules and deadlines of regulatory requirements;
- Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints;
- Oversees facilities services, housekeeping, maintenance, messengerial, liaison activities
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations by effectively handling HR-related tasks, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative processes. You will work closely with the management team, medical staff, and other employees to foster a positive work environment and provide essential administrative support to the eye center.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
