Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
- Recruit, select, and onboard new employees
- Handle employee relations, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Administer employee training and development initiatives
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Manage office operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in HR and administrative management roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
