Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HR and Admin Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administration for our organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates
  • Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Handling employee relations matters and resolving conflicts
  • Overseeing the maintenance of employee records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Managing office facilities and supervising administrative staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in MS Office
