Job Description
Black Mace 79 Security Agency, INC. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR and administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our company.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records, such as employment contracts and administrative documents.
- Assisting in the hiring process and other human resource-related functions.
- Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed.
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Gathering payroll data, including bank accounts and timekeeping.
- Developing training and onboarding materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php443.00 per day
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Ability to Commute: Davao City (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Davao City – Relocate before starting work (Required)
