Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in the related field.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With background in Recruitment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the recruitment of employees for the company’s existing branches and upcoming ventures
- Gathering, organizing and screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and exams
- Conduct employee orientation on Company Rules and Regulations
- Maintain 201 files for all officers and employees
- Assist in payroll and benefits computation
- Review HR practices, create policies and documents
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
