Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR and Admin Supervisor to join our team. As an HR and Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative tasks within the company. Your main duties will include recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the administration of payroll and benefits and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and implementing necessary changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
