Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual for the role of HR and Admin Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the company.
Your main duties will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing payroll and benefits, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
