Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments
  • Aligning communications and promotional activities with business goals
  • Communicating processes, strategies, and outcomes with executives and stakeholders
  • Planning and initiating communications and promotional campaigns
  • Managing organization’s social media accounts and maintaining a positive public image within these networks

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BA Communication Degree or relevant field
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Canva, and related business and communication tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Good decision-making and team management skills
  • Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
