Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments
- Aligning communications and promotional activities with business goals
- Communicating processes, strategies, and outcomes with executives and stakeholders
- Planning and initiating communications and promotional campaigns
- Managing organization’s social media accounts and maintaining a positive public image within these networks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of BA Communication Degree or relevant field
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Canva, and related business and communication tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making and team management skills
- Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs
- Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
