Job Description

Position: HR and Office Admin Assistant

  • Set Up: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
  • Location: Ortigas, Pasig
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Salary Offer: Php 30,00
  • Can start ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Psychology, and/or equivalent.
  • At least 2 – 5 years of work experience in an HR Admin position
  • Tech-savvy
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Driven team player who can work independently
  • Can handle multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Relevant experience in processing benefits and tasks for government agencies such as DOLE, SS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG and LGU
  • Amenable to work on site in Pasig City
  • Building/office permits and government deductions experience
  • Office management and events support management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite 3 days in a week
  • Available to start in 2 weeks
