Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Operations Intern to join our team. Gain hands-on experience in human resources and operations within the events industry. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Operations Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and coordination.
- Assist in inventory management and operational troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
