Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and contact potential candidates.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts.
- Coordinate with new hires for employment requirements.
- Summarize employee time for payroll processing.
- Handle vacation and sick leave filings.
- Maintain employee records and manage HMO coordination.
