Job Description
Robustan Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR and Sales Admin Assistant to support our Human Resource and Sales departments. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration, with proficiency in English and Filipino. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required. Strong numerical and organizational skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with government regulations, preparing budgets, and handling documentation for sales proposals. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php 15,00.00 – Php 16,00.00.
