Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing office admin and HR strategies.
- Improve employment conditions and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct orientation and training programs.
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews.
- Handle Admin, Recruitment, Compensation, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College degree in HR or related field.
- 1-5 years of admin or HR experience.
- Computer literate and organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Salary: Php18,00 – Php23,00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay: Performance bonus
Ability to Relocate: Makati City (Required)
