Job Description
A.G. Araja Construction and Development Corp. is currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience within a construction company.
We are looking for individuals who are computer literate, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have knowledge of mandatory benefits including SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and should be available to start immediately.
We also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
