Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing applicants for job openings through recruitment portals
- Conducting initial interviews and pre-employment processes
- Handling bank account opening documents and preparing payroll
- Maintaining HR files, assisting with payroll functions, and new hire orientation
- Creating employee-employer contracts and managing business permit renewals
- Monitoring attendance, planning events, and addressing HR issues
- Working closely with HR Head on assigned tasks with confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of HR Assistant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
