Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized HR Assistant/Administrator to join our team at Cybalink Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in various HR functions.
Your main duties will include updating employee records, managing the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and maintaining HR databases. You will also assist in preparing HR documents, such as contracts and letters, and handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are also essential.
