Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing of applicants through various platforms.
- Perform interviews and assessments.
- Update new staff records and support HR inquiries.
- Process Timekeeping and assist with performance management.
- Monitor employees’ activities and consolidate reports.
Job Requirements:
- College graduate in HR or Psychology, with 2+ years in HR.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment and Employee Relations.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php19,00.00/month
Benefits:
- Additional leave, Christmas gift, life insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- End-to-end recruitment: 1 year
- Administrative: 1 year
