Job Description
An HR Assistant at Amalgated Capital Inc is responsible for providing administrative support in various HR functions. Duties include maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating HR communications.
- Perform administrative tasks and manage employee attendance and leaves
- Support HR Manager in policy development, recruitment, and payroll
- Post job openings online, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
- Organize orientation and training for new hires
- Ensure effective communication with staff and address queries promptly
Qualification:
- Graduate in HR or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of HR Assistant experience desired
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
