Job Description
· Assist the HR Manager with full cycle recruitment activity.
· Actively source external candidates through various channels to build a candidate pipeline.
· Screen applications and conduct initial HR interviews.
· Update vacancy and application statuses, providing feedback to applicants.
· Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and received.
· Administer standard recruitment tools like Predictive Index.
· Conduct job offers and ensure proper documentation for new hires.
· Complete Pre-Employment documents for 201 filing.
· Attend Recruitment/leads generation activities such as job fairs.
GENERAL
· Take responsibility for health and safety, and ensure compliance with HSEQ and corporate policies.
· Follow company policies for using personal protective equipment.
· Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or department head.
