Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
  • Answer participant questions to achieve a full understanding

What are we looking for?

  • Open to candidates with no experience required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work within 25km to 35 km
