Job Description
BROADWAY GEMS/KALIN INC is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing paperwork, and assisting in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in BS Psychology or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Development, and have strong communication skills and knowledge of the Standard Labor Code.
