Job Description
HR Assistant – Timekeeping
Division: Canned Meat
Place of Assignment: Biñan, Laguna
Responsibilities:
- Timekeeps attendance of all employees twice a month or every payroll cut-off
- Monitors and regularly updates leave availment and balances per employee
- Assists employees with queries in availing benefits
- Keeps and regularly updates HR reports needed such as HR Metrics
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent
- With at least 1 year experience handling timekeeping
- Keen to details
- Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna
