Job Description
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
- Prepares MRF of the requesting department.
- Responsible for sourcing of applicants, updates job ads.
- Assists with interview process, conducts background checks.
- Prepares hiring materials for on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Maintains accurate documents and files with confidentiality.
PAYROLL AND BENEFITS
- Collates timesheets for accurate attendance report.
- Prepares and applies payment of government remittances.
- Process salary payments on banking platforms.
- Distributes pay slips with care and confidentiality.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Oversees discipline, assists in managing actions.
- Prepares meeting minutes, provides counseling to employees.
- Collaborates with leaders to address employee relation issues.
- Communicates employees’ compliance with company rules.
- Attends seminars to stay updated with labor law standards.
- Handles employee data with care and confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, solid in payroll and recruitment.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication, multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Benefits: On-site parking
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate: Bacoor, Cavite
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
