Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site HR Assistant in Davao City. Applicants must hold a degree in Accountancy, HRM, Psychology, or a related field and possess at least one year of HR experience.
- Knowledge of government benefits, payroll processing, and timekeeping
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, perform under pressure, and maintain strict confidentiality
- High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken English
This permanent role offers a starting salary of Php13,500/month, additional leave, company events, staff discounts, and potential raises. Reliable commute or willingness to relocate is required.
