Job Description
The HR Associate provides professional support in the Human Resources Department through various human resources and administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and monitors employee movements.
- Performs administrative tasks and processes paperwork.
- Ensures TIN registration of new hires.
- Prepares Notice of Personnel Action.
- Monitors and updates Employee Personal Information Sheet.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Forms.
- High level of confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
