Job Description
Qualifications:
- Willing to enter a 3-month contract only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Experience in compensation and benefits is an advantage; We also welcome fresh graduates with OJT experience in compensation and benefits who handled SS, PhilHealth, and PagIBIG
- Knowledgeable in handling Government Benefits (SS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG), Salary Loans, and the different facets of the HR department
- Willing to do fieldwork from time to time
- Ability to work under pressure
- Time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Presentation skills, administrative writing, and reporting skills
- Willing to travel every day to BTTC Centre, San Juan City
Job Summary:
This position handles the compensation and benefits facet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company and Government Benefits (SS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG)
- Monitors deduction of employees’ loans
- Stays updated regarding different policies of SS, PhilHealth, TIN, PagIBIG, etc.
- Can go to different government offices to do company-related transactions
- Prepare monthly payment and report (monthly/quarterly)
- Facilitate the availability of benefits
- Preparing monthly payment for HMO (Philcare)
- Helps in applying for the Personal accident insurance under CHUBB
- Updates the inclusion/deletion of members in Philcare and CHUBB
