Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team, specializing in Compensation & Benefits. In this role, you will assist in administering and maintaining employee compensation and benefits programs.
Your responsibilities will include conducting research on compensation trends, preparing reports, and assisting with the implementation of benefits programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing support in resolving employee inquiries.
Preferred candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices. Prior experience in HR or a related field is advantageous.
