Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating with Head Office and Plant Operation on HR matters such as Recruitment, Payroll, Job Evaluation, and Employee Relations.
- Conduct fieldwork and site visits to address employee concerns, suggestions, grievances, and disputes.
- Provide administrative support to the account.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years HR Management experience.
- Computer literate with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 2 years in Human Resources preferred.
Language:
- Proficiency in English preferred.
