Role Description
The role revolves around providing essential support to the Human Resources department to ensure the smooth functioning of various HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration/Business Management, Industrial Engineering, and Computer Science
- Minimum one year of actual work experience in Human Resource functions such as Recruitment, employee services, employee engagement, total rewards, organizational development, workplace learning and development, document and records management, HRIS Data and Information Management.
- Trained or experienced in all facets of Human Resource Management.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience. Proven skill in Document and Records Management, HRIS Data and Information Management, and HRIS Organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.
- Exhibits a pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively to people of different levels and work domains.
- Excellent command of the English Language, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized.
- Works well with teams.
- Exhibits leadership qualities.
