Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR systems.
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations activities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with HR reports, presentations, and special projects to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
