Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? FIRST ASIA LABOR SERVICE COOPERATIVE is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team.
HR Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (essential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
- Knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices and HR functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
- Pay: Php15,00 – Php20,00 per month
- Benefits: Paid training, 13th-month salary
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
