Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? FIRST ASIA LABOR SERVICE COOPERATIVE is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team.

HR Assistant Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
  • Knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices and HR functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
  • Pay: Php15,00 – Php20,00 per month
  • Benefits: Paid training, 13th-month salary
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
