Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, preparing and posting job announcements, maintaining personnel files, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
- Qualifications: excellent communication, strong attention to detail, basic knowledge of labor law, and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
- Preferred: degree or prior experience in Human Resources or a related field and a collaborative work approach.
