Job Description
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers FAQs from applicants and employees, referring complex inquiries to senior HR staff.
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality of HR files.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files to ensure document compliance.
- Provides clerical support and may assist in recruitment.
- Conducts new hire orientation and assists in event planning.
- Full-time position with a salary range of Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month.
- Benefits include free parking, health insurance, paid training, and more.
- 8-hour shift with supplemental pay opportunities including a 13th-month salary and performance bonus.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of HR experience, English proficiency.
- Location: Binangonan, Rizal. Relocation or reliable commute required.
