Job Description
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist HR Head on all HR Programs and tasks.
- Manage documentary requirements for onboarding and placement.
- Conduct onboarding for all new hires across all sites.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and issue job offer letters.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical requirements.
- Monitor completion of pre-employment medical examinations.
- Prepare onboarding documents and 201 files.
- Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
Job Type: Fixed term, 6 months
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
