Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Assistance: Keep personnel records and monitor daily attendance.
2. Recruitment: Assist with job postings and coordinate onboarding activities.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Help process payroll and administer benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year experience in administrative roles is a plus, open to fresh graduates.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with high integrity.
