Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR record maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Prepare new employee documentation and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in organizing training programs and other HR events

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Previous experience in HR or related field is preferred
