Job Description
Integrated Computer Systems (PH) is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Assist department heads in implementing Company Policies.
- Handle sourcing, screening, and placement of positions, including documentation.
- Coordinate with agency partners and headhunters for manpower requirements.
- Work with government agencies on the registration and processing of statutory benefits.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Willing to work on-site in General Maxilom Ave., Cebu City.
