Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field
- Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment)
- Proficient in MS Office
- With at least 1-2 years experience in Government Mandatory Benefits Reporting (SS, PHILHEALTH & PAGIBIG)
- With at least 1-2 years experience in Manual Payroll
- Has good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities
- Good problem-solving ability
- With a keen eye for details
- Willing to learn, analytical, organized, and flexible
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
