Job Description
LRI Chroma Asia Inc. is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing recruiting strategies
- Developing job descriptions and specifications
- Sourcing candidates through various platforms
- Conducting interviews and assessing applicants
- Onboarding new employees
- Monitoring HR recruiting best practices
Qualifications:
- BS in Psychology or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 13,00.00 – Php 16,00.00 per month
