Job Description
Lucky Together Concepts, Inc. is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and issue memoranda to concerned employees.
- Prepare necessary documents for employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Provide administrative support for various HR tasks.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Coordinate HR projects and take minutes.
- Respond to employee requests regarding human resources issues.
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures appropriately.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of HR experience. Proficiency in English is preferred.
