Job Description
Blue Star Entertainment Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to lead HR operations, including employee relations, payroll, compliance, end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, safety, and HR metrics. The role will develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, resolve employee issues, ensure legal compliance, communicate labor laws to staff and management, and support employee engagement and retention.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years as an HR Officer/Supervisor with end-to-end HR experience; at least 1 year in e‑commerce.
- Full-time, on-site. Salary: Php40,00–50,00/month.
